Farm Visits to See/Feed the Alpacas

2026 VISITS   - FINAL DATES FOR FALL (REMAINDER OF YEAR) LISTED BELOW -  ALL VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY...Please read the following information and see our dates and how to sign up at the bottom.

  We are not open every day as Sheri does have a job as a pharmacist and has to have time for alpaca chores and a little time to relax and unwind!  Generally, I am only able to post one month of visits at a time AFTER I receive my pharmacist work schedule.  Also there is limited availability both in terms of number of people and number of cars, this is why I ask for number of people and number of cars in your group when you sign up for a visit. Once I reach a certain number, I need to close the visit.  Please make every effort to keep your appointment so that we do not turn people away unnecessarily.  

Visits for feeding the alpacas are about an hour and you get carrots to feed the alpacas.  You are in the pen with the alpacas rather than feeding them through a fence.  Washington county does not allow us to charge for visits in the spring and summer so we work by donation with a suggested donation of $10 for each person ($8 for children under 6 years of age and no charge for less than one year of age)  We have approximately 27 alpacas with four fall cria expected.

2. Name for reservation

3. Date and time of event

4. Number of people and number of cars in your goup

5. Email address so that I can send you any necessary details and directions a couple days before the visit.

PER WASHINGTON COUNTY WE ARE ALLOWED TO SELL OUR ALPACA PRODUCTS FROM OUR PROPERTY DURING THE MONTHS OF SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, AND NOVEMBER - THEREFORE WE WILL HAVE A TABLE OUT FRONT (WEATHER/VOLUNTEER PERMITTING) ONLY ON THE DAYS THAT WE HAVE VISITS - IF YOU ARE JUST COMING TO SHOP WE ASK THAT YOU TEXT SHERI  (402-669-6979) TO MAKE SURE SHE IS FREE TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR SHOPPING AND NOT BUSY WITH A VISIT  - ANY OTHER DAY THAT YOU ARE WANTED TO SHOP FOR THE HOLIDAYS YOU WOULD NEED TO TEXT SHERI TO SET UP A TIME - KEEP IN MIND THAT SHERI WORKS AS A PHARMACIST AND DOES THE MAJORITY OF ALPACA CHORES SO WILL HAVE LIMITED AVAILABILITY. BEST TO COME ON ONE OF THE ABOVE LISTED DATES IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
